-User profiles allow employees to view a simplified version of the program by restricting them from seeing icons, screens or areas of the program that they do not have access to use.

-Surebiz Security can also be configured to require that employees log on and log off so that actions performed or areas accessed are completely trackable and responsibility for error or loss quickly identified. Surebiz security is also compatible with biometric verification technology allowing for simple customization to support finger print, iris, and other scanning technologies.
